Andrea Baumes is a Strategic Change Management Leader and Behavioral Scientist with a 32-year track record of driving sustainable organizational transformation in global markets. Holding an M.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Health Policy Planning and Economics, she seamlessly bridges the gap between human behavior and complex systemic change. As a certified Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Andrea leverages deep behavioral science to optimize enterprise performance. She brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to her work, supported by foundational degrees in Computer Science and Health Promotion. 

Throughout her career, she has spearheaded technology strategy and upskilled change maturity across cross-functional workstreams. Notably, Andrea has successfully re-engineered systems and operations for multinational clients involving over 3,000 participants and employees. Her executive leadership as an Operations Manager and Director of Quality has historically yielded remarkable business ROI for former employers. Versed in McKinsey 7-S, Kotter, and PROSCI ADKAR® frameworks, she excels at conducting persona analyses and readiness assessments to ensure lasting technology adoption. Beyond her corporate achievements, Andrea is an active academic who has developed university curricula and published foundational ethical codes for behavioral analysis in Hungary.
